1. Installation Management
- Installation schedule planning, commissioning, support during concluding contracts with installation companies and suppliers
- Coordination of the installation of the various assemblies and installation groups
- Tracking deadline and documentation of the installation progress
- Monitoring documentation revision for the as-built documents
- Introduction, monitoring and documentation of all measurement tasks (including reference-axis and elevation points), as well as all modification and adjustment tasks
- Management and protocol of functional tests

- Control, creation and documentation of correspondence regarding installation, commissioning, claims, modifications, deliveries with the installation company and its suppliers
Claim – Management:
- We document any delays (or other problems) not caused by you, enter these in the meeting protocol and link this data to a schedule
- We run meetings with your suppliers and the installation companies and document any errors, omissions, additional expenditures, etc. in the meeting protocols
2. Start up
- Commissioning introduction following documentation of the installation completion
- Closely monitoring / supervision of the preparation of the operational capability of all installed products
- Commission monitoring of all media systems including pre-filling of all consumers
- Checking operational capability and monitoring all adjustment tasks
- Movement tests of all mechanical functions
- Supervising of the IO checks
- Supervising of the electrical functions (executing movements from pulpit)
- Supervising of the automation processes
- Supervising of the no-load-tests
